1. Age Eligibility

2. Proof of Date of Birth

Course	Required Documents
Secondary Course	Any ONE of the following (Attested): • Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority / Registrar of Births & Deaths (for candidates born on or after 26-01-1989) • Passport issued by Government of India • Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate showing Date of Birth (Govt. School – signed by Principal; Private School – signed by Principal and countersigned by competent education authority / DEO)
Senior Secondary Course	Attested copy of Matriculation / Secondary Examination Certificate showing Date of Birth. (No other proof of age is accepted.)

Note:
For Orphan / Juvenile / Street Children, a Medical Legal Certificate (MLC) may be accepted as proof of Date of Birth. Date of birth once entered cannot be changed.

3. Minimum Educational Qualification

Secondary Course	Certificate of Class VIII Pass OR Self-Certificate (as mentioned in Admission Form)
Senior Secondary Course	Attested copy of Secondary Examination Certificate from a recognised Board, attested by a Gazetted Officer

4. Proof of Residence

Category	Acceptable Documents
General Applicants	Any ONE of the following: • Aadhaar Card / Ration Card / Voter ID • Parent’s Passport (for minors) • Electricity / Water / Telephone Bill • Bank Statement / Income Tax Assessment Order • Employer Appointment Letter (on letterhead)
Rented Accommodation	Proof of permanent address and proof of present rented accommodation Street Children / Destitute / Migrants / Slum Dwellers / Orphans Self-certificate stating category and lack of permanent address, countersigned by sponsoring guardian/NGO/Orphan Home and attested by Government / Panchayat / Nagar Nigam / Block / District Level Officer with official stamp

5. Important Instructions

1	Applications without required documents will be rejected and fees will not be refunded
2	Senior Secondary admission is allowed only if Secondary Certificate is from a recognised Board
3	Foreign Board candidates must submit an Equivalence Certificate from the concerned Embassy
4	Candidates debarred by any Board for unfair means are not eligible
5	Suppression or false information will lead to cancellation of admission at any stage
